| Under the era background of regional economic integration and economic globalization,the industrial cluster,as an important organization form of regional industry,is becoming a significant force to enhance our country's industrial competitiveness and accelerate regional economic development.With the Internet's influence is expanding,social network which has been comprehensive promoted is integrating into every component of rural regional characteristic industrial clusters and making the local economy alive.So,It is of great significance in theory and practice to research the formation and development mechanism of rural regional characteristic industrial clusters in new era.It can not only complete the industrial clusters' theory system and expand research perspective,but also can explore new power and path for rural regional economic development.In this study,choose the Wantou Village's straw plaited article industrial cluster of Boxing County in Shandong Province as the research object to research the formation and development mechanism from the perspective of social network.Firstly,on the basis of a great deal of references,the study combs and summarizes related concepts and theories of industrial cluster and it's formation mechanism,and reviews the advances of researches.Secondly,on the basis of adequate investigation,the study generally analyses the geographical location,development status and essential features of straw plaited article industrial cluster.Finally,the study takes social network as research perspective to analyse the development progress of Wantou Village's straw plaited article industrial cluster.On this basis to further analyse industrial cluster's social network from formal contact and informal contact of it's internal members and to reveal the industrial cluster's formation mechanism.The results of the study shows that:(1)The industrial cluster is a kind of community formed by interrelated economic subjects and service departments of the same industry in a certain geographical space.In the cluster,the formal contact based on division of cooperation and the informal contact based on market information and business experience communication are important parts of social network,and they are intertwined with each other.(2)The development of Wantou Village's straw plaited article industrial cluster went through four periods,including incubation period,germination period,growth period and maturation period.In incubation period and germination period,straw plaited article industrial cluster's social network relationship was relatively simple,and the speed of industrial cluster's development was relatively slow.With the advent of the online shop,the number of upstream and downstream industries and service departments continuously increase,the social network shows a complex trend and the industrial cluster develops rapidly.In maturation period,the social network has been already relatively perfect.And industrial cluster was developed into a positive feedback organic whole which was developed from core unit to close unit to auxiliary unit and to peripheral support unit.(3)The development and perfection of the social network stimulates the formation and growth of straw plaited article industrial cluster.From the point of formal contact of social network,the comprehensive improvement of formal contact network has a significant positive impact on the development of straw plaited article industrial cluster.Firstly,the close cooperation between the upstream and downstream economic entities has greatly reduced the productive and operation costs and raised the price competitive advantages of straw-weaving crafts.Secondly,the diversity of cooperative objects makes economic subjects constantly improve their own production and operation level in order to obtain more partners,and it can also improves the quality competitive advantages of straw-weaving crafts.Thirdly,the price and quality competitive advantages of straw-weaving crafts jointly promote the improvement of the overall competitiveness and the further development of straw plaited article industrial cluster.From the point of informal contact of social network,the upgrading and benign development of informal contact network has an important meaning in the development of straw plaited article industrial cluster.Firstly,economic entities can realize effective communication with the outside customers through the Internet,which is beneficial to grasp the evaluation information and strengthen competitive advantages.Secondly,the information interaction and sharing between upstream and downstream economic entities can help to establish a trust relationship and deepen cooperation with each other.Thirdly,through the communication of information and experience,the peer economic entities can collaborate with each other,and improve their adaptability to the competitive environment.In general,the formal and informal contact networks of the industrial clusters social network are intertwined with each other.And they jointly promote the continuous growth of regional industrial clusters.However,it should be pointed out that the market competition caused by product homogeneity hinders the development of informal contact network to some extent.Therefore,formal contact network plays an important role in the development of straw plaited article industrial cluster.(4)By virtue of its influence on formal and informal contact networks,the Internet has promoted the jump transition of social network structure and functions of clusters,thus becoming an important driving force for the development of regional industrial clusters.In terms of the role of the Internet in formal contact networks,the involvement of the Internet breaks through geographical spatio-temporal restrictions of production,supply and marketing in a industrial chain.And it leads the villagers to realize specialization and cooperation with other economic entities,also enhances the cohesion of the formal contact network.Secondly,the involvement of the Internet has led to the increasing number of economic entities which in the core areas of formal network and take an advantage in cooperative relations.Thirdly,with involvement of the Internet,the partnerships in formal contact networks have shifted from simple one-to-one relationships to many-to-many relationships with more options.The supply-demand relationships and subcontract relationship of upstream and downstream industries become important components of formal contact.In terms of the role of the Internet in informal contact networks,with the involvement of the Internet,information,technology and sources have been spreading in the cluster,and the degree of difficulty of the informal contact between network members has been reduced.Secondly,the involvement of the Internet makes the informal contact between the online shops,wholesalers,express logistics networks and the network service providers relatively close.It plays a key role in the informal contact network.Thirdly,economic entities with blood relationship,with higher education and the younger have become the important bridges of informal contact,and promote the benign development of informal contact network.(5)Generally speaking,the constant upgrading of formal and informal contact network have jointly promoted the rapid development of straw plaited article industrial cluster.The Internet has critical influence on the upgrading and benign development of formal and informal contact network.Therefore,in the process of revitalization in rural areas in the new period,we should pay more attention on the Internet and its influence on the traditional social network,in order to optimize the rural industry organization structure and promote the revolution of modes of agricultural production. |
