The state council issued the 13th five-year plan for tourism development on December 26,2016.The general train of thought,basic objectives,main tasks,and safeguard measures for the development of tourism during the“13th Five-Year Plan"period have been established,and it is the action program and basic observance for the development of tourism in China in the next five years.Yunnan Province is located in the southwestern part of China and has unique natural scenery and ethnic cultural resources.However,due to the weak economic infrastructure and backward infrastructure,the development of Yunnan's tourism industry lags behind.At this stage,tourism in Yunnan is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.It is faced with a series of requirements such as the in-depth development of tourism resources,the enhancement and perfection of tourism infrastructure.Exuberant tourism development financing needs and tourism enterprising difficulties become the main contradiction.It is urgent to start from theoretical and practical point of view and study the financing problems of tourism enterprises.Based on the theories of tourism economics,investment and financing theory and industrial economics,this dissertation discusses the financing characteristics of toxurism industry and the financing mode of tourism industry.Through the analysis of the traditional financing model of Company A,this dissertation paper puts forward the innovative financing mode for A company to meet the financing needs of the Pu-er tea culture characteristic tourism town.By innovating the financing mode of tourism companies,exerting a financial leverage effect and guiding capital investment in the tourism industry,which will have important practical significance for the development of Yunnan tourism industry.
