The Study Of Homestead Land Change And Historical Retrospect Based On Object-Events Model

With the development of the large range of rural collective land's registered right work across our country,rural homestead database is also gradually improving.In order to guarantee the homestead data processing along,database need to be constantly updated.The homestead data changes mainly involve in time,space and attribute.The changes are very complex and must be causing the generation of a large number of historical data.Historical retrospect can help to contrast and analyse historical and current data,and forecast the village development,so as to have a better service for management and decision-making.The rural homestead land data is a typical temporal data.And the core of TGIS is how to effectively organize and store spatio-temporal data.Therefore,choosing an appropriate spatio-temporal data model to solve the existing problems of land management is of great significance.At first,this paper compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of spatio-temporal data model.According to the change of characteristics of the rural homestead data,a large amount of data,dispersed distribution,the general to the partial changes,and considering redundancy and efficiency,the paper come up with an improved spatio-temporal data model that matches with homestead data.It puts the object-event model together with basing state with amendments model.The basic idea of the model uses the idea of object-event model to objectify the homestead data make land change form be events.It combines with the ideas of base state with amendments model and establishes a multistage base state.Then,It uses the "three library integration”mode,and database of three different tenses has carried on being design.This paper states how to change the mode data organized and stored under this mode;Finally,the article uses the SQL Server database to store the homestead data and adopts the model of C/S architecture,the Net4.0 framework and C#as development language,ArcEngine 10.0 as a development kit.It uses the Tuoshan village of Wafangdian to test the feasibility of the model and achieve the homestead data changes and historical retrospect.Changes involve seven types of changes in build,merger,property changes,site adjustment,demise of the merge,split.And historical retrospect involves in five types,a parcel of land historical retrospect,many parcels historical retrospect,according to the condition of historical retrospect,specified time points of historical retrospect,specify the time period of historical retrospect.The land changes and historical method used in this article has a certain reference value to the management of the housing data in the future.
