The rapid development of the Internet has accelerated the expansion of the scale of e-commerce.The distribution capabilities of logistics and distribution enterprises as well as the use of smart devices have a direct impact on the current development of e-commerce.At present,the research on smart logistics and distribution is based on the selection of indicators from the perspectives of managers and technicians from the aspects of performance,cost and technical level of enterprises,and the actual audience of smart logistics and distribution is the process of the majority of customers and customers enjoying the delivery service As well as the results of the delivery service,there is a big difference in the focus of the two when selecting indicators,thus making it more difficult to truly reflect the customer’s feelings from the evaluation results.At the same time,the evaluation methods mainly focus on the comprehensive evaluation method and the fuzzy evaluation method,These evaluation methods are greatly influenced by the subjective factors in the evaluation of the level of evaluation,and the valuation is often less accurate integer.In view of this,this paper establishes a set of reasonable evaluation system to evaluate the distribution of intelligent distribution business,to determine the level of evaluation and found that the deficiencies of targeted improvements,to further improve the wisdom of enterprise distribution is of great significance.The main content of this paper is to establish a smart logistics and distribution evaluation system from the customer perspective,determine the weight of indicators through AHP,and use the evaluation model of extenics to evaluate the intelligent distribution ability of distribution enterprises.The main research work is as follows several aspects:(1)Combining the development status of smart logistics and distribution enterprises,combining qualitative indicators with quantitative indicators,and initially establishing the evaluation index system of smart logistics and distribution.(2)In order to understand the importance of each index in customer perspective,we use the Richter’s five-level measurement to conduct customer surveys to get the initial data.However,due to the correlation and inapplicability between the initial indicators,The initial data reliability also need further verification,so this paper uses factor analysis to sort and verify the initial indicators and data,so as to establish a scientific evaluation system of smart logistics and provide the basis for the later evaluation of enterprises.(3)Because each index has different importance to the smart logistics distribution system,it is necessary to distinguish the importance of each index.In this paper,AHP is used to establish the judgment matrix of each system index through the comparison and judgment,and the maximum Eigenvalues and eigenvectors,which are hierarchically sorted through consistency checking.The value of eigenvectors is the weight of indicators at all levels of smart logistics distribution.(4)There are some qualitative indexes in this index system.In order to avoid the influence of subjective factors,this paper adopts the extension comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation method.Firstly,the evaluation matter element of smart logistics distribution from customer’s perspective is established to determine the relevant classic Domain and section domain.By establishing the correlation function between each index and evaluation level,the correlation degree is calculated,and the maximum value in the correlation degree matrix is the evaluation level.Finally,the specific enterprise is taken as an example to analyze.The analysis found that the comprehensive level of logistics enterprises is the wisdom of excellence,but the problem of uneven development in each system,in view of the above problems,this paper proposes to improve the enterprise’s ability of intelligent automatic sorting and counting ability,increase the use of intelligence collection facilities and equipment,so as to improve the whole service level of enterprises,to achieve a balanced development.To further improve the wisdom of the enterprise logistics distribution system.
