Research On Vehicle Routing Model Of Fresh Seafood Distribution Based On Customer Satisfcction

Along with the constantly increasing of our country’s economic strength,the demand from residents for quality of life is also increased.How to improve users’ satisfaction with food is the most important part of people’s desire to satisfy.Seafood is a special kind of foodstuff.The rational and economical delivery of seafood to customers is the most important issue that logistics companies need to consider,and it is also the key to improving customer satisfaction.The loose transport mode of live seafood products is still widespread in China,causing waste of resources,slow production links,and disconnection of the production chain.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt advanced distribution and dispatching technologies.As early as in the 1950 s,scientists had already studied the Vehicle Routing Problem distribution plans,and later applied to various researches including operations etc.,and became an inter-disciplinary comprehensive issue.However,in the past,the research on the distribution scheduling model is not necessarily suitable for all logistics companies and all distribution products,and varies from different regions.Therefore,we need to establish a logistics distribution vehicle scheduling model that meets the requirements of specific products and special markets.At the same time,this is also a research field that needs more attention beyond the study of engineering algorithms.Based on the classical plan scheduling model,this paper analyzes the logistics distribution situation of seafood products based on the status quo of the market operation of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and the existing problems in Weihai.The number of seafood products from marine capture and freshwater aquaculture in Weihai is very large.It can be concluded that logistics transportation in the Weihai region has great advantages in the distribution of cargo resources.This article first introduces the related theories of the distribu tion center,the logistics distribution model and the design principles,and elaborates on the need for sophisticated vehicle distribution systems for small and medium-sized enterprises.Then,In order to more reasonably represent the cost of shipping seafood products,to improve the company’s management standards,and to increase the efficiency of enterprises,Taking the loss caused by the perishability of fresh seafood and seafood transportation services,Customer satisfaction,transportation fixed costs,vehicle driving costs,time window penalty costs,etc.into account,on the basis of solving the classic model of planning and scheduling problems.Furthermore,this paper uses the method of fuzzy time information processing to describe the satisfaction situation separately,and considers the limitations of the driver’s delivery time.Finally,the established logistics product distribution plan scheduling model of fresh seafood was transformed into an integer programming model,and lingo software was used to verify the validity of the model and a global optimal delivery plan was obtained.The conclusion of this paper can be used as a fresh seafood distribution service provider,in the pursuit of minimizing the overall distribution cost and the greatest customer satisfaction,to carry out the logistics vehicle scheduling practice reference;in the cost accounting ideas for the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises Universal applicability.
