Since the 18th CPC National Congress,China has entered a new stage of the new-type urbanization.The industrial new town has become a hot topic in the current society,and a series of relevant policies have been introduced to support the development of industrial new town.At present,there have been a lot of so-called industrial new towns which are facing the reality of industry weakening,business confounding,city without industry.So there are risks that industrial towns are delisted or become pure real estate development.With the development of new industry exploiting mode,more and more problems are emerging.So the traditional development mode is not suitable for the development of new-type urbanization.If real estate enterprise wants to break the plight of the current development,to solve the current problems and to adapt to the new situation,they must as soon as possible to develop a new-type urbanization model which can efficiently integrate resources.Then they must spread the model so that they can promote the healthy development of the enterprises and promote the rapid development of the new urbanization in China.Based on the above background,this paper has done the following research around the development of industrial new town.First of all,through the literature analysis and summary of relevant information,starting from the characteristics of the domestic real estate industry to discuss the nature of the results,the paper refined basic concept,development characteristics,operation law and social economic value of industrial real estate,providing theoretical support for the study of subsequent typical cases.Secondly,the paper deeply analyze and summarize the successful experience and shortcomings of relevant policies,status quo and typical representative cases of China's industrial real estate development,and point out the main problems and the directions to be solved.Thirdly,based on the development model of linkage of three industries in Zhuoda Group,the paper deeply analyzes the problems and summarizes the experience.It aims to effectively solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas,labor and employment,ecological environment,food safety,precision poverty alleviation and so on.It can play a positive role in promoting urbanization,and hopes to make a due contribution to socio-economic development and urban construction.
