The Impact Of Industrial Agglomeration On Green Innovation

Under the constraint of "environmental pollution" and "resource bottleneck",China urgently needs to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure and technological innovation.In recent years,China has paid more attention to innovation and development,green development,the party’s Eighth Plenary Session put forward the "innovation","coordination","green","open" and "shared" five development ideas,the development of the core position,green development history to save resources and protect the environment of the basic national policy,and further clear the green innovation development model.Therefore,in order to green development of regional economy,it is necessary to make a linkage mechanism between industrial agglomeration and green innovation,so as to promote the sustainable development of economy.On the basis of summing up domestic and foreign literatures,this paper analyzes the internal influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration and green innovation from the perspective of external economic theory and scale economy theory from the perspective of industrial agglomeration space externality.This paper evaluates the green innovation capability of China’s inter-provincial region by measuring the green innovation index system of technological innovation,environment and energy,and measures the level of regional industrial agglomeration.The threshold panel model is used to investigate the impact of industrial agglomeration level on green innovation,and put forward the regional green innovation and development policy recommendations.The results show that industrial agglomeration has a "U" double threshold effect on green innovation.When the concentration level is low,the industrial agglomeration suppresses the regional green innovation.With the increase of agglomeration level,the negative effect of industrial agglomeration on green innovation is weakened.When the level crosses the higher threshold,the industrial agglomeration has a positive effect on the green innovation.The industrial structure has a positive effect on the green innovation.The openness has a negative effect on the industrial green innovation,but the effect is not significant;the environmental regulation is to some extent Hinder the development of green innovation.Therefore,in order to achieve economic and environmental development "win-win",the government should establish a correct green innovation and development concept.Dynamic processing of industrial agglomeration and green innovation relationship,according to the level of agglomeration,the development of differentiated policies.Speed up the adjustment,optimize the industrial structure,and strengthen the strategic emerging industries dominate.The development of appropriate environmental regulatory policies,flexible management of environmental issues.
