Research On The Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of The Internal Tourism Flow Network Structure Of Hangzhou

As an important part of tourism geography research,tourism flow research is of guiding significance for analyzing tourist behavior,evaluating resource development and coordinating regional development.The research based on the theory of social network analysis,Arcgis and Kernel spatial analysis,Logistic regression analysis method,Chose 1127 tourism strategies from Qunar,Baidu tourism,Mafengwo website as the data source,take the 50 scenic spots in center of Hangzhou city for the research objects,using the node evaluation index such as Degree Centrality,Closeness Centrality,Betweenness Centrality and Structural Holes and the whole network index like Network Density,Central Potential,IN,DI,EI index,Core-Periphery,Subgroups,Nuclear Density etc.To quantitative analysis the 8411 tourist flows on the 952 tourist routes in Hangzhou City,and summarize the characteristics of the comprehensive structure of tourism flow in Hangzhou City.It is conclude that the significant factors affecting the formation of the tourism flow and puts forward the optimization recommendations,It also provides a useful model for the planning and development of tourism in other cities.The results show that In terms of temporal and spatial characteristics,the seasonal fluctuation of tourist flows in Hangzhou are not significant.The peak and low seasons are not significant.The peak of pedestrian flow mostly occurs around April,July and August,September and October.The spring and autumn season with high climatic suitability is the prime time for Hangzhou's tourism.The number of travel days for tourists is mainly between 2 and 3 days,secondly 1 or 4 days.The distribution of tourist sources is more concentrated,more than eighty percent of the tourists originate from the eastern coastal provinces,the majority of them are Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Guangdong,etc.The mid-west provinces is narrow and need for further exploration.In terms of structural characteristics,the area of highest tourism flow in Hangzhou city are scenic spots inside and around the West Lake,Lingyin scenic attractions,The Qinghefang Historical and Cultural Street and Wushan scenic area;the klippe to Lingyin Temple,between the Bai Causeway and Broken Bridge,Su causeway to Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon,the Six-Harmony Pagoda to the Qiantang River have the highest tourist flow.Qinghefang,Lingyin Temple,Leifeng Pagoda,the West Lake has the highest level of centrality and structural hole,as the core nodes in the network of tourism flow they have a strong control abilities and significant advantage of competitive.The whole network of tourist flow showed irregular Pentagon pattern,the prominent feature of network is macro diffusion and micro agglomeration,next to the West Lake presents the East-West balanced spindle type distribution,consist of 3 network of tourism flows in the West Lake,Linyin-West Lake,Wushan-West Lake.Poly subgroup analysis draws one of high inner density subgroup and four higher inner density subgroups and a pair of high related density subgroups.There is a strong-weak layered structure in the tourism flow network,and the core region has a low promoting effect on the marginal region.The nodes are all or mostly belong to the core area of the 4 subgroups had higher internal and associated density,constitute tourist routes in four seasons of East,Central,West,North near the West Lake,and subgroups which under the control of marginal area nodes had weakly connection and interactivity,scattered distribution in south of the West Lake,it lead to the rapid development of tourism flow in the three directions of North,East and West,but slowed down to the south.Traffic conditions,the level of tourism administrative institutions,the level of scenic spots,commercial level etc are significant factors that affect the structural characteristics of tourism flow in Hangzhou city.Tourism flows frequently happen in the main street,the area controled by the Tourist Administration,the high level of scenic spots,and the nodes adjacent to the famous business circles.The distance between scenic spots is also an important factor affecting the flow frequency.In the range of 0?3km,the trend of flow attenuation with distance increases is the most significant.On the basis of the above conclusions,the research puts forward some suggestions for the optimization and upgrading of the network structure of tourism flow in Hangzhou,in order to provide some references for tourism of Hangzhou about further development,broadening the field and potential.
