In recent years,China's interest rate marketization reform has been carried out step by step,and the central bank has made several adjustments to the benchmark interest rate of deposits and loans,which has further increased the fluctuation range and the decline of bank lending rates.On the one hand,in the face of the rapid advance of interest rate marketization,China's commercial banks not only obtain the right of free pricing of loans,but also form a serious challenge to the traditional high interest rate differential profit model.To a large extent,the determination of loan prices affects the profitability of China's commercial banks.Therefore,research on the pricing of commercial bank loans in China under the background of interest rate liberalization,in order to avoid the market risk and seize market opportunities,enhance the international competitiveness of China's commercial banks,has a certain practical significance.Based on the studying of the pricing of commercial banks in China,this paper takes A bank as an example,analyzing the A bank loan pricing model,and verifies the feasibility of the optimized loan pricing model proposed in this paper.Finally,we hope to improve our commercial bank lending business with valuable suggestions.The first part puts forward the background and significance of the topic,the research content and the research method,and combs the relevant domestic and foreign literature.The second part analyzes the theory of loan pricing,including the interest rate decision theory,the credit rationing theory and so on.The third part summarizes the current general methods of operation of domestic commercial bank loan pricing and the main problems,and introduces several modes of traditional loan pricing of foreign commercial banks,and then puts forward the basic principles in the process of loan pricing,and as a basis for the choice of China's commercial bank loans for the status of the pricing method and its improvement.The fourth part of A bank as a case analysis,based on the current situation of A bank for loan pricing,we analysis the limitations of A bank's current loan pricing method,in order to explore the applicability of the proposed method of loan pricing in A bank.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the first four parts.From the aspects of improving management information system,training professional personnel and relationship between banks and enterprises and so on,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the loan pricing of commercial banks in China.
