A Research On Supply Chain Management Optimization For ICT Enterprises

In the 21st century,the market competition is no longer the competition among individual enterprises,but the competition of supply chain.Modern business environment brings great pressure to the enterprise.Not only to sell products,but also to provide customers with satisfactory service,so as to improve customer's satisfactory and generate well-being.To win customers at home and abroad,enterprises must have fast,agile,flexible and collaborative supply chain responsive to customer's need.ICT enterprises as the research object,from the supply chain management related important theory,ICT industry development and supply chain management development trend are analyze,and a questionnaire is used to diagnose.The problems in information system,production plan linkage,purchasing management and inventory management in supply chain management of W Company are analyzed.Aiming at these management problems,this paper puts forward as series of management optimization schemes based on the idea of integrated management.First of all,in infrastructure,establish functional integrated management and information platform.Secondly,from the front of SCM,adopt integrated product development,optimize product development process.Third,use sales and business plan to create supply chain collaboration from the middle.Finally,from the back-end optimization of procurement management,build supply chain collaboration,implement supplier inventory management.By optimizing the supply chain management of W company,there are great benefits in the reliability,response,flexibility,cost,assets and utilization ratio of the supply chain.Hope that the enterprises of ICT industry can learn from the supply chain management optimization plan of W company,so as to reduce the cost of enterprises,maximize the profit and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
