Research On How To Establish The Mechanism Of Industrial Injury Prevention Of Jinan

Inductrial injury accident,means that workers temporary or permanent lose labor ability,in part or in whole,caused heavy loss of the workers and their families,but also will produce a great impact on the normal operation of enterprises.Inductrial injury insurance system is an important part of social insurance system is to protect people's lives and property,maintain social order,guarantee the social production and people's normal life of an important social system.Inductrial injury prevention is to build "inductrial injury prevention,compensation and rehabilitation" trinity primary part of inductrial injury insurance system,strengthen the inductrial injury prevention,and to promote the safe production,safeguarding laborers' legitimate rights and interests,maintaining social stability is of great significance.Inductrial injury insurance system reform in 1998,jinan,constantly adhere to in the construction of jinan pattern of inductrial injury insurance system,set up with characteristic of jinan inductrial injury prevention,workers' compensation,inductrial injury of inductrial injury insurance "the trinity" recovery system.In recent years,the coverage of work-related injury insurance has been expanding,the incidence of industrial injury accidents has declined,the treatment level has been increasing year by year,and the recovery effect is obvious.However,there are still "heavy compensation,light prevention" situation,the mechanism of injury prevention is still not sound,workers have not fully enjoyed the benefits brought by the injury prevention.This requires us to continuously improve the work prevention mechanism,reduce the accident rate,and promote the harmonious and healthy development of society.Based on the above objectives,this paper makes a detailed study on the prevention mechanism of work-related injury in jinan by means of literature research,comparative analysis and historical analysis,and puts forward some reasonable Suggestions.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic selection,the domestic and foreign research review,the research ideas and methods,and the main innovation points.The second chapter is related concept definition and basic theory explanation,introduces the concept and theory of work-related injury prevention.The third chapter discusses the operation situation and existing problems of the work-related injury prevention mechanism in jinan city,including the incomplete supporting regulations,unreasonable rate mechanism and unclear supervision mechanism.The fourth chapter introduces the advanced experience ofinjury prevention at home and abroad.The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the aspects of perfecting legislation,adjusting the rate,clarifying responsibility,strengthening publicity and innovating ideas.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Research shows that,subject to a late start,coordination mechanism is not perfect,imperfect understanding insufficiency,means,facilities and other factors,the jinan inductrial injury prevention mechanism is imperfect laws and regulations,unreasonable rate mechanism,supervision evaluation mechanism is not clear,the coverage is not comprehensive,etc.By reference to domestic and foreign advanced experience,combined with the actual situation of jinan,need to strengthen the construction of legislation,scientific adjustment rate,standardized management institutions,to do propaganda work,strengthen the construction of talent the way such as perfecting the inductrial injury prevention mechanism,enhance the consciousness of unit of choose and employ persons and laborer active prevention,improve the ability of prevention,make the efficiency of industrial injury prevention.
