Analysis Of The Status Quo Of Workers' Inductrial Injury Rights Protection In The Construction Industry

As a special group of economic and social development,migrant workers are an important force to promote urbanization,industrialization and modernization in China.The migrant workers in the construction industry have made great contributions to China's urban construction and economic development and should share the construction results.But the situation is not the case,the migrant workers in the construction industry have been suffering from problems such as lack of guarantee in life safety,low insurance participation rate of work-related injury insurance,and difficulty in timely and effective treatment and full compensation after they injury or death caused by labor.It is due to that above-mentioned problem in the guarantee of migrant workers' compensation in the construction industry,they did not share their own work achievements.Therefore,it is necessary to study the existing situation of migrant workers in the construction industry,analyze the existing problems and the reasons and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the long-term problems in the protection of migrant workers' rights and interests in the construction industry,help the migrant workers in the construction industry to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests,and realize the practical significance of social equity and justice.Based on the investigation and study of the existing situations of migrant workers in the construction industry in D district Y city,J province,this paper analyzes the causes of these situations from the aspects of policy and non-policy,and compares the effects of workers' injury rights and interests with different employment modes in different industries,and different qualities of migrant workers themselves.Among them,It is the main reason for the current situation that the policy formulation is not perfect and the policy is difficult to implement effectively.Enterprise's profit-driven and the lack of resources for migrant workers is also important.On this basis,combined with the existing literature,the characteristics of migrant workers in D district Y city,J province,the characteristics of local construction market,and the problems that local authorities have in the process of policy enforcement.In this paper,some countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of policy and non-policy,so as to solve or alleviate the long-term problems of workers'injury rights protection of migrant workers in small urban construction industry,such as D district Y city,J province.Among them,Governments at all levels should be the main force for change.Migrant workers should also try to change their weak position in the labor market,and enterprises should assume more social responsibility.
