Research On The Profit Forecast Accuracy Of A-shares Carve-out Board Securities Analyst

With the rapid development of domestic A-share Carve-out Board market in recent years,and securities analysts' preference for Carve-out Board market.The profit forecast information made by securities analysts on Carve-out Board listed companies is becoming more and more important to investors.Therefore,it is more and more important to study the accuracy of profit forecast information.The sample data of this paper selects the earnings forecast data of securities analysts of domestic A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2017.This paper will explain the variable defined as the absolute accuracy of analyst earnings forecast,through theoretical analysis,the factors that affect securities analysts' earnings forecast accuracy as explanatory variables,and make the corresponding assumptions,and make the extraction and comparison of data of the Carve-out Board securities analysts' earnings forecasts.Finally,a series of factors that influence the accuracy of analysts' earnings forecasts are determined by regression analysis and try to explain the effect of these factors on the accuracy of analysts' earnings forecasts.At the same time,other factors have nothing to do with the accuracy of analysts' earnings forecasts.Select the Carve-out Board sample data,respectively through regression analysis,found the Carve-out Board profit forecast the influence of different factors: The increase in the number of listed companies tracked by analysts will not lead to a sharp drop in the accuracy of earnings forecasts;The bigger the share of big shareholders in listed companies,the less accurate analysts' earnings forecasts are.This article research is helpful for investors view the securities analysts' earnings forecasts is more scientific,is advantageous to the objective analysis of the growth enterprise market of the securities analyst at the same time,also provides the relevant regulatory policies reference.
