Since 2015,China has started to become a net exporter of capital,and the policy-"going out" of Chinese enterprises has become the norm.In the process of Chinese enterprises overseas investment,although the host country's infrastructure,the strengthening of the leading industry,the increase in employment opportunities and technology transfer has been constantly improved,but the staff or talent problem in Chinese enterprises "going out" sustainability caused problems,and has become a major factor investors must consider.Along the southeast Asian countries is China's "neighbourhood" strategy to promote the core region,and as Asian economies and southeast Asia and China in the geographical position,economic and cultural,and long-term good trade relations of cooperation to promote the more frequent and more direct investment.But the productivity of local labor in southeast Asian countries is low,labor flow is frequent,and the localization of Chinese enterprises' going global is more difficult.After the financial crisis in 2008,low labor cost is one of the motivations for most Chinese enterprises to enter southeast Asian countries,but the real cost of labor in practice is very high.Host high labor turnover rate directly affect the promotion of China's overseas investment enterprise skills,Chinese enterprises' production efficiency "damage",which restrict the development of the Chinese enterprises overseas sustainability.This article from the "area" all the way along the southeast Asian countries,Laos,Thailand and Cambodia)chinese-invested enterprises are faced with the high labor turnover rate,low production efficiency and low labor quality problems,tries to analyze the host country labor force in the Chinese enterprises occupational mobility and its impact on skills in return.This article USES ShengYuan in yunnan province school project(SYSX201608)of the southeast Asian countries labor skill shortages in yunnan province enterprise "going out" research on the influence and countermeasures of the survey data,this article will the workers skills are divided into cognitive skills and non-cognitive skills to examine differences in professional skills before and after the return flow.Concluded:(1)the total workers have cognitive skills in return is very significant,especially the structural cognitive skills in mathematics and writing skills returns were 8.8% and 14.2% respectively,structural non-cognitive skills of extraversion returns is positively significant at7.3%,structural non-cognitive skills of openness skills are negative significant returns of 8.7%;(2)compared with no flow experience of professional workers,a worker with occupational mobility through structural cognitive skills return math skills and writing skills in return under 1% significance level was significant at 12.9% and 12.7% respectively;The return on extraversion and open skills in structured non-cognitive skills was significantly higher at 11.3%and-9.2%.Finally,the occupational mobility is divided into two dimensions:the number of career flows and the direction of career flow,and the stability test results are obtained.
