With the sustained and rapid development of the Internet,the impact of convenient and efficient Internet Finance on the traditional financial industry is becoming more and more intense.The welfare benefits of state-owned bank employees are declining year by year.The pressure of market competition is increasing day by day.In addition,the inherent bureaucratic atmosphere of state-owned banks influences the job burnout of grass-roots employees of stateowned banks.Increasingly prominent.Grass-roots employees are the precious wealth of state-owned banks.The promotion of job burnout will bring many problems,such as high turnover rate,low job satisfaction and low work efficiency.How to reduce job burnout has become an important issue for state-owned bank managers.Most of the early studies focused on external factors such as salary,welfare,and rising channel.With the deepening influence of psychology on management in recent years,the focus of academic research on employee burnout has gradually shifted from external incentives to internal psychological factors.Many concepts have been introduced into management,including psychological capital,and political skills are a new concept.This paper studies the influence of leadership political skills on job burnout in a state-owned bank,and the mediating role of psychological capital.It also explores ways to reduce job burnout in state-owned banks from a new perspective.There are many studies on the impact of psychological capital on job burnout in academic circles,but relatively few from the perspective of political skills.This paper explores the mechanism of political skills on job burnout,and studies the intermediary role of psychological capital in the mechanism of political skills on job burnout.The new way of reducing job burnout is helpful to enhance employee's organizational loyalty,internal stability,optimize organizational climate,and then promote enterprise efficiency.From the perspective of human resource management practice,this paper tries to study the mechanism of the influence of leadership political skills on employee burnout,and provides a new way to reduce employee burnout for the grassroots managers of stateowned banks.The results have reference value for grassroots management of state-owned banks.
