The technology-based small and mid-sized enterprise is the sprout and predecessor of the large-scale high-tech enterprise.As the most potential enterprise in the market,the technology-based small and mid-sized enterprise provides important impetus for incubating new industry and promoting regional economy,and it is an indispensable part of the national innovation strategy system.The research on credit risk evaluation of the technology-based small and mid-sized enterprise is of great significance in both theory and practice.On the one hand,the research is effective to reduce the credit risk of enterprises,and it can make the technology-based small and mid-sized enterprise easier to obtain financial support.On the other hand,the establishment of credit risk evaluation is helpful for banks and other financial institutions to reduce credit risk and improve loan income.At present,there are few research on the credit risk of technology-based small and mid-sized enterprises,but the research on credit risk of general enterprises has been relatively comprehensive.In this paper,we find that there are many kinds of measurement methods for enterprise credit risk,including linear regression,nonlinear regression,classification tree,discriminant analysis,neural network,genetic algorithm,artificial immune and so on.And the measure of credit risk shows the development trend of intelligent,nonlinear and non parametric.However,some traditional credit risk measurement methods,on the one hand,have inherent limitations themselves,and on the other hand,they are not applicable to the technology-based small and mid-sized enterprise.Therefore,this paper proposes artificial immune probability model based on two side antibodies to provide a reference for solving the credit risk assessment of these enterprises.The core issue of this paper is to use artificial immune mechanism to evaluate the credit risk of technology-based small and mid-sized enterprises in China.Firstly,divide and analyze each stage of enterprise credit risk based on life cycle,and build the credit risk evaluation index system according to the analysis of affecting factors;secondly,based on the similarity between immune principle and credit risk measurement of the technology-based small and mid-sized enterprise,I propose artificial immune probability model based on two side antibodies to evaluate the credit risk of technology-based small and mid-sized enterprises in China;at the same time,select 303 qualified technology-based small and mid-sized enterprises,and divide them into 5 groups,then test the immune memory function,immune recognition function,immune evolution function,and test the prediction ability of the model.As the amount of sample data increases,the prediction accuracy of the model is gradually improved,and ultimately exceeds the prediction accuracy of Logistic model.This model solves the problem of specific identification and evolution in credit risk evaluation,and it is a appropriate way to measure credit risk of technology-based small and mid-sized enterprises.
