The vehicle industry at home has entered a "blowout" type of explosive growth stag since2003 as a result of the increasing demand of vehicles and people's purchasing power,which opens a door to the vehicle insurance market.Therefore,insurance companies are trying their best to earn more market share.In recent years,the increasing claims and settlements has been leading to higher synthetic fund cost rate of the insurance companies,some of which have even reached to 100%.An Bang Insurance Company,mainly dealing business in vehicle insurance,has met both opportunities and challenges.To get better development in the fierce competition,An Bang Insurance Company needs to take quick action to keep up with the changing market,for example,to develop new and popular products,to try new marketing strategies.This thesis first aims at finding out the major problems existing in Luzhou Zhongzhi,An Bang Company,starting by its present situation of sailing,claims and settlements and marketing models with the help of practicing and questionaires.Then,it is going to discuss the risk sharing marketing model by using SWOT,PEST,comparison and so on.Besides,the paper targets to make a proper evaluation of the new marketing model from the following four aspects--the form,operation,security and development.As a result,the new developing marketing model can contribute to solving the present marketing difficulties,expanding its business,promoting its products to earn greater market share in Luzhou.The paper has also carefully discussed the ideas,goals,measures and strategies of the new marketing model,which put the way to its promoting and development.The new marketing model especially aims at win-win,being active in sailing,using the system of dual control and the combination of various sale means to achieve the growth in sailing.What's more,new ideas and the outlook have been further studied in spreading the new marketing model.
