Re-engineering The Purchasing Management For Special Materials Of Shenzhen Gas Company:A Case Study

The procurement of special materials for gas engineering is an important part of the gas production and operation activities of Gas Company.The price of special equipment and material directly affect the production cost and sales profit,while the quality directly affects the safety and quality of the brand for the company.It is the lifeline of the survival and development of the enterprise.The Supply Chain Center of Shenzhen Gas Company is formally established in 2015,The Supply Chain Center shoulders the important responsibility of the company's purchase of special material for gas.With the opening of market competition mechanism of gas industry,Shenzhen Gas Company should take efficient material purchasing strategy,change the backward procurement model,and comprehensively improve procurement efficiency.Only through this way,can the company improve the operating profit and comprehensive competitiveness.The thesis takes Shenzhen Gas Company as the case study,deeply researching the optimization of the special gas procurement process.In order to resolve the outstanding problems of the present procurement management,I sort out the current procurement system of Shenzhen gas corporation,I apply the TOC theory,the common tools of process optimization——fishbone,to solve the problems of the current group purchasing process problems,In order to solve the above problems efficiently,I make pointed references to design optimization schemes by abandoning the inopportune management mode.And the modern information technology work method is used to formulate the supporting system and measures,so as to improve the company's procurement management.This thesis takes the aim of realizing quality and efficient procurement through personnel,system,manner of working and other aspects.
