Theoretical And Empirical Research On Agricultural Multi-functionality In Fujian Province

During the development of agricultural modernization,the function of agriculture needs broadening and innovating with the rising of diversified demand for agriculture from economic and society,thus,in China,the agriculture multi-functionality has drawn growing attention in the development of agriculture.Fujian province promoting the agriculture multifunction based on regional specific and advantages,which has improved the development of agriculture industry.The development of agriculture industry and the promotion of the agriculture multifunction are requires of the development of economic and society,and meanwhile,to a certain extent,they?Il spur on the economic and society development.Currently,there is a lack of literature about research of the agriculture multi-functionality in Fujian province,thus,this paper take Fujian province and its nine cities as the research object,assessing the current development status of the agriculture multifunction in Fujian,and investigating the relationship between the development of the agriculture multifunction and agricultural financial input,which is significant for further promoting of the agriculture multifumction,agricultural modernization and sustainable agricultural.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation index system which including three functions of agriculture(economic,society and ecological)is set.The empirical analysis includes two parts.First,evaluating the development of the agriculture multifunction of nine cities in Fujian province from 2012 to 2016 and investigating the effect of the agricultural functional regionalization policy in Fujian using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method.The results show that,the development of the agriculture multifunction in most cities is basically consistent with the planning and layout of the agricultural industrial belt in Fujian province.Second,from the perspective of the weak nature of agriculture and the necessity of financial support for agriculture,this paper evaluating the developent of the agriculture multifunction in Fujian from 1990 to 2016 using factor analysis method,and then making an empirical analysis with agricultural financial input in term of vector autoregression model.The results show that,there is a positive mutual influence between agricultural financial input and agricultural multifunctional development level.In long term,agricultural financial input has a positive impact on the development of agricultural multi-function,and this effect gradually appears and strengthens over time.which is basically in accordance with the actual economic significance.
