The Farmer’s Satisfaction Evaluation Of Shaan Xi New-Countryside’s Green Building Based On SEM

The construction of a new socialist countryside is a major strategic decision，which can promote the China’s rural progress and the harmonious development ofsociety. And new rural construction is a complex system engineering that needs longand arduous efforts in the whole society, thus, setting off a boom of building newsocialist countryside all over the country is necessary. At present, in order to pursuerapid development and urbanization, many new rural development seems incompatibleto the context of promoting environment-friendly and energy-saving society. Gap due tothe new rural and urban areas of hardware and software facilities, green buildingevaluation cannot be unified，so in terms of the establishment of a green building fornew rural farmer’s satisfaction evaluation system more necessary. This paper presentsthe evaluation study of the SEM-based green building new rural farmer’s satisfaction.Based on the farmers judgement and use the theory of economics satisfaction, thispaper provides a new idea, which checkout the farmer’s satisfaction indicators of newrural green building and construct the structural equation modeling (SEM) greenbuilding new rural-based farmer’s satisfaction evaluation model, to construct andimprove the new rural green building. These truly follow the farmer’s wish, realizefarmer-oriented and construct a harmonious, continuous, coordinated, balanced ruralgreen building. The establishment of green building for new rural farmer’s satisfactionevaluation system has great significance for China’s economic and environmentaldevelopment, especially the western development.In the evaluation of farmer’s satisfaction on new rural green building, this paperstudy deeply combined the theory with practice. The main contents include:1. On thebasis of a lot of references analysis satisfied with the concept of farmers and theirassociated theory, combined with more advanced SEM techniques and farmer’s satisfaction and analysis of the influencing factors of the new rural development;2Combination of relevant theoretical and empirical research to establish the satisfactionindex system of the green construction of new rural farmers;3.Using SPSS and AMOSsoftware to analyze the questionnaire data and verify the farmer’s satisfaction modelobtained empirical findings, and proposed to increase the farmer’s satisfaction and therecommendations of the peasants’ loyalty.Through the above research work, I adopted a new method of combining SEMtechnology and farmer’s satisfaction, which not only get the green building of the newrural farmers’ satisfaction score results, but also could examine the farmers expectations,perception of overall quality and value perception satisfaction and loyalty of the impacton farmers. In turn, it can take some appropriate management measures and methods forthe relevant regulatory agencies or enterprise, in order to improve farmer’s satisfaction,and expand the market demand for green building in the new rural, to promote thestable development of the green building in the new rural.
