The endowment of financial planning,help to reduce the economic burden of the state pension,enhance the quality of old-age,pension financial planning as the third pillar of China's pension system,should play a more important role,at present,there are many studies on the civil service pension,house-for-pension scheme,delay retirement and other aspects,but rarely about the 35 year old population studies.the group facing the retirement age increasing,lack of personal pension plan,In this context,it is necessary to do a good job in family financial planning.This paper intends to design a pension plan for such families through case analysis.
