Study On The Mode Of Tourism Investment And Financing Based On Industry Investment Fund

With the long-term stable development of China's economy,the level of national demand has been continuously improved,and the demand for spiritual civilization has changed in quantity and quality.Among them,the tour demand for personalized products,quality products,and products of other new features shows that the tourism industry is required to have a fundamental structural upgrading.Tourism investment is considered the driving force of tour industrial development,and more attention should be paid to the effectiveness of its mode.Using normative analysis method,firstly,this article introduces the origin of tourism in China,and then analyzes the contradiction between supply and demand in China's tourism industry,and points out the significance of improving tourism investment to industry development.Secondly,after revealing the function of tourism investment and financing,this article reviews the historical evolution of China's tourism and analyses its present situation.And then,it continues to have an in-depth study of China's tourism investment and financing capital flow structure and explains the existing tourism group's investment and financing mode.tourism project investment and financing mode,thus to present the problems of current tourism investment and financing of China.Thirdly,with a detailed introduction of the concept of Tourism Industry Investment Fund(IIF),and its operational procedure of financing,investment,management,and back-out,this article explains how the Tourism Industry Investment Fund raises the effectiveness of tourism investment and financing activity,and how,as a result of it,the current tourism investment problems are solved.Finally,this article draws the conclusion that as an investment and financing mode,the Industrial Investment Fund fits the current tourism investment situation in large scale,and is able to guide more high-quality capital into tourism development and help tourism industry realizing its modernization trend.This article also uses case analysis method when introducing one case about Tourism Investment Industry Fund.The case study shows the detailed operational process and achievement of this specific Tourism Industrial Investment Fund.Still further,the study continues to analyze how the IIF mode help tourism attract investment fund and how it play the key role in winning good tourism project investment chance and thus to verify the conclusions of this article.
