Study On Overseas Investment Risk Management Of Chinese Enterprises

In recent years,with continuous development of economic globalization,the cross-border flows of capital and production element are becoming more frequent.Cross-border mergers and acquisitions,investment activity has become a new driver of economic growth.In this situation,Chinese enterprises keep in step with the world trend,and actively implement the strategy of "Going out" and "One Belt One road".To pursue international division of labour based on the make full use of international and domestic markets and the two resources,in order to improve the international competitiveness.With the growth of investment scale,the investment business is global in scope and the main force of investment has appeared diversified development trend,the overseas investments by Chinese enterprises have made significant advances.However,with the rapid development of Chinese enterprises overseas investment,the investment risks are also increasing.Investment failure by Enterprise due to the complex international environment and self-management issues caused heavy losses in overseas capital.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the risk prevention.In this paper,to construct the investment risk prevention system by analyzing the status,found the problem,solve the problem.And also carry out the research from three steps such as risk identification,risk assessment and risk prevention.First of all,the aspects of advantages,disadvantages,oppertunities and challenges in overseas investment efforts of Chinese companies are analysed through the SWOT analysis.According to comprehensively tease the risk database with macroscopically country risk and microscopically enterprise risk,risk identification.After defining the risk factors,to apply the risk evaluation by qualitative and quantitative method,build risk index evaluation system,embed risk assessment into investment decision process and investment operation.In the end,according to government macro risk prevention mechanism and the enterprise micro risk prevention mechanism to build an enterprise overseas investment risk prevention system.
