At present,electronic business platform has shown great enthusiasm for Internet consumption finance.Internet consumption finance has brought great changes to people's production and lifestyle,and has been integrated into every aspect of people's lives.With the continuous improvement of technology,data storage,transmission,interaction and analysis methods are constantly changing.Big data has been more and more widely applied in many kinds of industries and scenes.Alibaba,Tencent and JD,as leaders of the Internet consumption finance in China,quickly attracted the attention of the community.Due to the large scale of data volume,morphological diversity and fast speed of update,current researches about the Internet consumption finance are generally insipid and lack of practical analysis for a particular product,especially in the applications of financial analysis.Under this background,this dissertation attempts to combine Internet finance practices and financial income risk analysis,and take the electronic business platform “JD Finance” that firstly enters into the Internet consumption finance as the breakthrough point to create the deferred revenue system of consumer financial products " IOU Quick Pass " with the first-hand information.And then makes the analysis of the driving factors through the chain substitution method,using linear regression analysis to estimate the driving factors on the income,then,on the basis of the use of big data,makes the quantitative analysis of customer conversion rate and other indicators to explore the income growth risks of " IOU Quick Pass " from the merchants' points of view,put forward reasonable suggestions and predict its potential risks.Through the research,we draw the following conclusions: firstly,the main factors that affect the income of " IOU Quick Pass " are active users,the amounts of orders per capita,amount of money per order,installment ratio,rate and installment period.Secondly,the analysis shows that the number of active users and the proportion of installments are the driving factors,and the income size is positively correlated with them.Besides,the reason for the slow growth of new users is related to the conversion rate of users,and the accounting system is expected to increase the proportion of installments.Finally,it's concluded through the analysis of online and offline merchants that the number of online merchants is less than 100,but it has a great contribution to the key indicators and Meituan is the largest merchant.The main growth risk point of " IOU Quick Pass " is that Meituan is responsible for its own payment.To sum up,aiming to eliminate its potential risk," IOU Quick Pass " should break through in three aspects such as users scale,business operation and installment proportion.
