Research And Implementation Of Lean Production Management System Based On VSM

Since its birth,lean production theory has been sought after by enterprises.Through the guidance of lean production theory,problems existing in the company's production process can be identified and improved.The VSM(Value Stream Map)is the most important tool in the application of lean production theory.It helps to find out the waste that exists in the production process of the company.However,the traditional lean production theory has some problems that are plagued by enterprises,such as: the most important issues cannot be handled in time.In addition,as the most common tool in the lean production management process,the traditional VSM application also has many drawbacks,such as: The information obtained may be misleading.Therefore,this paper studies and implements a lean production management system based on VSM,which can effectively eliminate the defects of traditional lean production theory and traditional VSM applications,and improves the efficiency and accuracy of lean production management to a great extent.Research value and significance.This article first introduced the research status of lean production and VSM at home and abroad,and then carried out the optimization and optimization of traditional lean production management.For the unreliability of data acquisition and processing in traditional VSM applications,it is proposed to ensure the reliability of field data by setting the time interval,time period and duration of field data collection,and then use the least square method to simulate the collected field data.Together,to determine the most reliable data parameters;in order to improve the efficiency of the problem analysis,put forward the idea of adding reference case matching,and designed a multikeyword matching algorithm to improve the matching speed of the reference case;Finally,through the thinking of the problem,the Prioritize the problem and determine reasonable specifications.Secondly,research and analysis on the improvement process of lean production management system based on VSM were carried out,project management model,plan management model,task management model,improvement management model and abnormal management model were established,and corresponding management rules were proposed;A systematic study of the structural improvement process,analysis and identification of roles and functions in the improvement process and data flow.Then,according to the previous research on improving the basic optimization and improvement process of lean production,the requirements of the lean production management system based on VSM were analyzed,and the structure and function analysis of the system were involved.The VSM-based lean production management system was divided into the authority management subsystem.,Project Management Subsystem,VSM Management Subsystem,Planning Management Subsystem,Task Management Subsystem,Improvement Management Subsystem and Exception Management Subsystem,and discussed the links between sub-systems.Finally,the lean production management system based on VSM was realized with information technology,and the feasibility and reliability of the system were verified through specific cases.
