The Research On The Application Of LP To Improve The Reason Of Manufacture Process In A Bathroom Enterprise

So as to develop pointed LP programs in the enterprise. In course of reducing manufacturing cost, LP tools are introduced systematically: Visual Management,The LP logistics planning,SPS,Kanban management,TQM,TPM and so on. These tools improve and optimize the manufacturing process and logistic layout programming and achieve magnificent effect.Finally, the improved outputs are consolidated by the tooling of field management -- standardization. By comparison of the input and output cost before and after the improvement, especially the comparison of the improvement output in manufacturing, it is can be realized straightly that LP is a systematic solution to manufacturing process reduction for A Bathroom enterprise and even all the manufacturing enterprises.
