Study On Lean Production Procedure Of SMMC1269ZT Project

As China is in a transition to socialist market economy, state-owned enterprises (SOE)has changed substantially. SOE, the cell of economy, who has turned its primarymanagement target to create profit. However, it is difficult to keep a high pace on doing thisto make a enterprise itself exist in decades. SOE creating profit have to meet therequirements including society and economy benefit，use value and employees satisfaction.Only in this way can SOE see the achievements.SMMC has already gone through on a70-year life in Shenyang, China, which is in atransition to specialization， digitization and international transformation under groupcorporation’s attention. As the anchor of the country’s manufacturing equipment of ferrousmetals, steel and mine industry， SMMC must improve manufacturing technologiesand capacity for independent innovation to make itself an innovation company. Forenterprises, higher efficiency and less cost is necessary. For employee，less amount of laborpromotes staff’s cohesive force. In pace with general adoption of the market principle, thereis no way to raise the price to make a profit without relaying on a new advanced technology.Therefore, it is more practical to improve manufacturing technologies and capacity forindependent to make a higher efficiency and less cost.This article is written depends on the transition of traditional manufacturing industry,by means of system analysis and fieldwork, which has found problems of SOE. Beingdirected against the traditional product1269ZT and its production line, this article analysisthe whole project with lean production(LP) which is a beneficial and available theory forSMMC. In this theory, enterprises can do a lot to meet clients in order to get confidence inthem and improve market share and so on.1269ZT project has potential for develop into alean production project. But from this project to other traditional manufacturing project, thisarticle has an effect on making lean production of the whole enterprise in reality. In thismethod，polishing up the production in old factory and constructing an ideal productionpattern which has a good industrial development foundation and features in local resourcesand operability in new factory.
