At present,countries all over the world attach great importance to economic globalization and regional economic integration.The Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)was established in 2001 at the initiative of China and consists an important international platform where China plays a dominant and leading role to implement its own proposals and initiatives.At the very beginning,the SCO has made regional economic cooperation one of its three pillars.After that the "One Belt and One Road" initiative was put forward,the SCO consists the best platform to implement the initiative in the region and to connect with the other integration instruments in Eurasia area.Therefore,continuously deepening the regional economic integration of the SCO and correctly orientating the future development of the organization will,to a certain extent,matter whether or not we can successfully achieve the grand goal of building an Eurasian community of shared destiny.The Greater Eurasian Partnership,a new integration initiative launched by Russia,has been a focus for the international community since it was proposed.It brings at the same time challenges as well as chances,competitions as well as cooperation for the "One Belt and One Road" initiative and for its main implementation platform,the SCO.As response,China need to draw up its own overall strategy for economic development in Eurasia and hence to strengthen the top design for the future development of the SCO and to safeguard its own strategic benefits in the area.While taking the most cutting-edge subject as the breakthrough point,the regional economic integration process in Eurasian countries,this article did not limit itself to economic studies,neither to the phenomenon,but made very reasonable,practical and specific proposes based on the characteristics of relevant countries,the geopolitical aspects,the game of the superpowers and the complex of the regional economic cooperation mechanisms existing.The author has also combined his personal working experiences and tightly connected the working practice to academic research.
