The Study On The Influence Of Export Rebates To Export Commodity Structure In China

Since the Policy of the Export Tax Rebates was formally adopted in1985,our country's Foreign Trade Industry was promoted effectively and the Export Economy was boosted.At the same time,the amount of Foreign Exchange Reserve in our country was increased and the development of China's economy was promoted.Especially in the 21st century,the Export Tax Rebate Policy has been further improved and the structural adjustment has been carried out constantly,which lead to the development of Export Trade in our country.This thesis mainly analysis how the Export Tax Rebate Policy influence the Export Commodity Structure.This Paper first expounded the domestic and foreign literature review of the Export Tax Rebate Policy,and reviewed the history of our Export Tax Rebate Policy.Finally this paper pointed out the current situation and problems for the Export Tax Rebate and the Export Commodity Structure.Mainly based on the statistics of our country's Export Commodity during 1995-2015,this thesis applied the statistical analysis of Chart Analysis method to analysis the effects to the Primary Products?Industrial Manufactured Products and Technical Industry Products.Export Tax Rebate Policy for Primary Products is restricted,while for Industrial Manufactured Products and Technical Industry Products,the Export Tax Rebate Policy is actively encouraged.Finally,the paper gave some Policy Suggestions,such as to continue the implement of different Export Tax Rebates;improve the Export Tax Rebate Management System and make good use of the Export Tax Rebate Policy and Exchange Rate Policy.
