Since joining WTO,Manufactured goods is the dominant industry of our countryexports, its export market shara from4.6%in2000to14.1%in2010.Our country hadbecame the fastest growing country in industrial manufactured goods.The exportcompetitiveness of Manufactured goods is the base of our country’s internationalcompetitiveness, and, to some extent, it also determines the discretion of the exportcompetitiveness.Now, the pressure appreciation of the RMB is rising, the opportunityand the challenge brought by international industrial transferring and fiercecompetition from major competitors.This paper first use CMS model to analyse theexport growth factors of manufactured goods,then research the present condition andthe competition between our country and competitors of our manufactured goods bythe export trade measurement method:export market share、RCA index、ESI index andMRW,also empirically analyse the effect of the major factors which effect on ourcountry’s manufactured goods export competitiveness,it has very important practicalsignificance to promote the competitiveness of our manufactured goods.This article describe the change of the export structures and the trend ofcompetitiveness between our country and12main trade partners which are thedeveloped countries.And,we also consider the export market competition situation ofour competitors. The results show that the export competitiveness of ourmanufactured goods in rising,the export market share in the sample countries issignificantly higher the competitors,but competition from the competitors is intense,the benefit from competing reduce gradually, especially in labor-intensive products.Inclassification products, although the comparative advantage of capital-intensiveproducts is rising,which still behind of labor-intensive products,the comparativeadvantage of some products is still weak compared with competitors.By the theoretical analysis and model derivation, this paper analyse the influencefactors of our industrial manufactured goods export competitiveness.The results as weexpected,the main variables are basically through the significant inspection, for ourcountry in effect of the supply capacity,the RMB exchange rate, the product technicallevel,the GDP of partners,but the bilateral real exchange rate between competitors andpartners and lagging behind a period of the FDI have fewer effect on China’s exportcompetitiveness,At the end, this paper give us some policy suggestions.
