| At present,with the improvement of people’s living standard,the demand for overseas goods is increasing day by day.With the promotion of Internet technology,cross-border import e-commerce has become a new hot spot in the field of e-commerce in China.As a new mode of international trade,cross border import e-commerce has made our country’s consumers convenient to acquire high quality goods overseas.At the same time,China has taken an active part in the facilitation of trade facilitation in the international arena,and has also taken steps to promote trade facilitation in domestic society.How to use China’s trade facilitation to promote the development of cross-border import electricity supplier,is an important issueIn this paper,cross-border import e-commerce and trade facilitation level as the research object,aims to analyze the impact of trade facilitation levels on the transaction scale of cross-border import e-commerce.Firstly,this paper introduces the related theory of trade facilitation and cross-border import e-commerce;Secondly,analysis the current development of China’s trade facilitation from four aspects which are port efficiency,customs environment,institutional environment and the environment of electronic commerce and cross-border import e-commerce from three aspects which are transaction size,business model and pilot;Thirdly,to learn from previous studies,construction of China’s 2012-2016 years of Trade Facilitation Index,and to estimate the scale of China’s cross-border imports and 20 major trading nations;Then,this paper constructs a gravity model,using 2012-2016 years of panel data,analysis of the impact of trade facilitation on the cross-border import e-commerce,the empirical results show that China’s trade facilitation has a great influence on the cross-border import e-commerce;Finally,in view of how to promote the development of cross-border import e-commerce in China,the article puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of trade facilitation. |
