Inclusive finance refers to all the social residents could achieve the favorable financial system,especially to the undeveloped area and disadvantaged groups.Inclusive finance has become a new financial spot in recent years.Inclusive finance has great society value.It could directly enlarge the service scope of traditional finance,avoid unfair treatment of social group,satisfy social finance demand better,promote the social welfare and harmonious development.The paper studies how to evaluate the inclusive finance development level of an area,qualitative and quantitative research about developed areas,and discusses the influencing factors of inclusive finance.The study establishes a stereoscopic data table and collects the data of 10 indexes about 5 sample areas ranging from 2010-2015.It could get the evaluation scores of inclusive finance development level by the research method of GPCA which is better than PC A.To analyze the influencing factors of inclusive finance,the study choices comprehensive variables and does regression analysis.The results of study are that the finance development level of Beijing and Shanghai is the top level,and of Tianjin,Guangdong and Chongqing is the second.The finance development level of Shanghai appears a fluctuation for the factor of declining insurance depth between the years 2010 to 2015.On the other hand,macro indicators have tiny influencing to inclusive finance development level.Education level,residential purchase rate and internet penetration rate are the factors that influence inclusive finance development level more.So all the developed areas need to improve Education level and internet penetration rate continually,and the city of Chongqing has much more developed room.
