Research On The Relationship Of Supply Chain Synergy,Synergy Risk And Enterprise Innovation

Innovation is an important activity of an enterprise.The purpose of innovation is to gain competitive advantage.However,innovation is based on knowledge.In order to carry out better innovation and gain sustained competitive advantage,enterprises should actively absorb and accumulate knowledge and continuously improve their knowledge reserves.There are two ways for enterprises to acquire knowledge,one is internal creation,the other is external acquisition.With the increasing completion of the external environment,companies pay more and more attention to external acquisition.Supply chain collaboration is an important way for enterprises to acquire external knowledge,which makes it more and more important for enterprises and theorists to cooperate with supply chain partners to promote innovation activities.In view of supply chain collaboration,this paper studies the influencing factors and impact paths of supply chain synergy on enterprise innovation from the perspective of knowledge.In this paper,we take supply chain collaboration as the research object,based on the perspective of knowledge sharing and research from the empirical perspective.First,on the basis of studying the literature,the concept model and the design questionnaire are formed,and then the enterprises nationwide are investigated through the Internet,and the reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)are used to analyze the reliability and reliability of the recovery questionnaire using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS20.0 software,and the validity and reliability of the variables are tested.Accordingly,the validity and reliability of the variables are tested.And,The index system is also gradually improved.Empirical research shows that supply chain synergy has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation under the background of supply chain synergy,and has a more significant impact on utilization innovation.Supply chain collaboration also promotes knowledge sharing among enterprises.The higher the degree of synergy,the higher the degree of knowledge sharing among enterprises,and the more significant innovation effect of the enterprise.So it can be deduced that knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role between supply chain collaboration and enterprise innovation.Through the coordination of supply chain,enterprise innovation,knowledge sharing and risk in supply chain collaboration it found: the risk has a negative moderating effect between the supply chain collaboration and the enterprise innovation.Summarizing,the effect of supply chain collaboration on technology innovation is direct and indirect influenced by implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge sharing,and the influence of tacit knowledge sharing is more significant.At the same time the negative direct and indirect influence of relation risk can not be ignored.This paper improves the relationship between supply chain collaboration and enterprise innovation to a certain extent,also enriches the research literature of supply chain,and has a certain reference value for future related theoretical research.In addition,the research conclusions contribute to supply chain collaboration and knowledge sharing strategy among enterprises in the industrial sector,which can provide theoretical reference and guidance for enterprises to gain innovation advantages through supply chain partners.
