With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the important resources in the enterprise. The success of the enterprise will show the efforts to absorb new knowledge, create new knowledge, spread new knowledge and launch the new products quickly. Knowledge sharing among employees in organizations is becoming more and more important. But the knowledge sharing is not an easy thing and it will be affected by many factors. If not conducive to their own conditions, many people are not willing to go to share their knowledge, because it would reduce their own competitiveness. However, if people deliberately hide, it will go against their interpersonal communication and development in the organization. So sharing or hiding also became tangled problem of many employees. "Office politics" has now been aware of by more and more people. Political skill determines how employees are "office politics" problem of advantage for one party or the weak party. Political skill determines how employees are the strong party or the weak party of "office politics" problem. Employees who have high political skills can cope with the environment of "office politics". They can build their own good human relations and improve their competitive advantage. In this case, they may be more willing to share knowledge. In the organization, leader-member relation is an important relationship and it will directly affect the employee’s position and behavior. Employees in a good leader-member exchange relationship tend to act what are advantageous to the departments and organizations. High quality leader-member exchange relationship can strengthen political skills influence on knowledge sharing. That is to say, employees who have the certain level of political skills can perform at a higher knowledge sharing intention in the better leader-member exchange relationship.This paper discusses the influence of the political skills on knowledge sharing as well as the adjustment mechanism of leadership-member exchange relationship, employees’ political skill as the independent variables, the knowledge sharing as the dependent variable and leader-member exchange relationship as the moderating variable. The innovation of this paper mainly embodies:Firstly, theoretically add political skills to the study of the influence factors of knowledge sharing. Previous literatures didn’t discuss the relationship between the political skills and knowledge sharing systematically. Secondly, this paper through the empirical study reveals that leader-member exchange relationship can adjust the intensity of political skills’ influence on knowledge sharing. The purpose of this paper is to, through the analysis of the results of the study, put forward some targeted suggestions to the enterprises, which can help employees have a better improve and help enterprises build a more harmonious working atmosphere, and promote the development of enterprises better.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction. This part introduces the research background, research significance, research methods and research framework and possible innovation points in this paper. The second part is literature review. On the basis of combing the existing related literature at home and abroad, systematically reviewed the current research status of the political skills, knowledge sharing and leader-member exchange relationship. It includes the definition of the variables, dimension and the study of the antecedent and consequence variables. In addition, this part carries on the review about the relationship among the political skills, knowledge sharing, and leader-member exchange relationship. The third part is the research design. This part includes putting forward research assumptions, building the research model, collecting samples based on the appropriate scale, analyzing the structure of samples and testing the scale reliability and validity. The fourth part is the data analysis and hypothesis testing. This part analyses the collected sample data, including descriptive statistics of variables, correlation analysis between the variables, regression analysis and moderating effects analysis. It verifies the hypothesis of this paper finally. The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations. The part, based on empirical research, combining with the conclusion of this paper, puts forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions. At the end of this paper, it points out the deficiency of this study and the research prospects.Through the research and analysis, this paper draws the following conclusion:(1) Political skill has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing. Political skill has a significant positive prediction function on explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing. And political skill has a stronger effect on explicit knowledge sharing than tacit knowledge sharing. In addition, networking ability has a significant positive prediction function on explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing. Interpersonal influence and social astuteness, the two dimensions of political skills, don’t have significant effects on explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing. Apparent sincerity has a significant positive prediction function on explicit knowledge sharing but doesn’t have significant effects on tacit knowledge sharing.(2) Leader-member exchange plays a moderating role between political skills and knowledge sharing. Leader-member exchange plays a moderating role not only between political skills and explicit knowledge sharing, but also between political skills and tacit knowledge sharing. And the leader-member exchange relations playing the moderating role effect on the relationship between political skills and tacit knowledge sharing is greater than between political skills and explicit knowledge sharing.
