Research On The Development Strategy Of Inner Mongolia Huadian New Energy Branch

Along with China economic booming,the excessive consumption of fossil fuels has reached the edge of health-threatening.With the pace of global atmospheric governance,China has widened the road for new energy industry,the implementation of a series green development policy to improve the proportion of new energy as the same time.In recent years,by the regional electricity demand slump and power oversupply problem Inner Mongolia grid new energy consumption is very difficult.Although the rising consumption of new energy,because electricity demand is much lower than the growth of new energy,"abandoned wind energy" phenomenon is serious.And from the end of 2015,photovoltaic power has gradually become the normal refusing.Inner Mongolia Huadian new energy branch,as the research object,is involved in the new energy reform.In order to solve the facing threaten of survival and development,this paper studies the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Huadian new energy branch.The research,based on the strategic theory,combined with strategic analysis tools,discusses internal resource,external environment by PEST Analysis.After SWOT Analysis,the overall growth strategy and low-cost competition strategy of Inner Mongolia Huadian New Energy Branch Company were derived,and recommendations for human resources,finance,technology,marketing,organization and management were put forward.By accelerating the development of UHV transmission power supply projects,it will seize the dominant position,expand the scale effect,integrate key resources,enhance enterprise capabilities,and comprehensively control costs,so that Inner Mongolia Huadian New Energy Branch will take the lead in energy reform.Take the lead out of a new road of development.
