| Business model is the means for many enterprises to seek competitive position and obtain higher performance,and its construction and reform have important influence on the survival ability of enterprises.The existing studies of the theory of the business model's influence on enterprises,are more focused on the concept,components,and the influence on enterprise performance etc.few studies explore the influence of the business model for enterprise survival ability.Cash flow is the fundamental business survival,and has significant impact to the business management activity,through the analysis of cash flow,we can evaluate the enterprise operating performance timely,and find the problems existing in the management,and safeguard enterprise survival ability.Business model affect cash flow through the enterprise management activities,and cash flow in the opposite direction form a certain constraints to the business model,thus,explore the relations between the business model,cash flow and enterprise survival capacity has theoretical significance and practical significance.Using longitudinal case study to le networks as the research object,to reveal the implicit important relation between financial data and the influence factors of each other,the relationship between cash flow and enterprise survival capacity.It is found that different business models require different cash flow states to match,and the matching of the two will affect the viability of the enterprise.When the business model matches the cash flow,it helps to strengthen the enterprise's viability;On the contrary,it is not conducive to the improvement of enterprises' survival ability and even make it worse.In this paper,through the study of business model and the influence of the matching to the enterprise survival ability of cash flow path,it's not only provide a visual Angle of the existing mode of business supplement and complete theoretical system,but also provide a thought of the study of modern enterprise cash flow management. |
