Evolutionary Game Analysis Of Fresh Agricultural Product Production And Logistics Transportation

How to use the cold chain logistics technology to guarantee the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products is one of the hot issues in the world.The results show that the high cost of cold chain logistics transportation is the main reason for the lag of the cold chain transport development.Non-conforming agricultural products entering the cold chain logistics system will cause the loss of cold chain logistics resources to increase the cold chain logistics cost of fresh agricultural products,and also make the investment of the cold chain logistics resources reduced by the farmers and the logistics enterprises.To ensure the quality and safety of raw produce is the basis of developing fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics,and to promote the enthusiasm of farmers and logistics enterprises to invest the cold chain logistics resources is the key to develop the cold chain logistics.Among them,the main body of raw produce source is the testing institution and peasant household,the main subject involved in the process of cold chain logistics is peasant household and logistics enterprise.Third-party testing institutions in China's slow development,but in the Western development is more mature,and compared to the Government independent detection has a certain advantage.On the other hand,the Chinese farmers' fresh-keeping consciousness is weak,and the investment of cold chain logistics resources of the farmers and logistics enterprises is not enough to cause the cold chain logistics and transportation to develop slowly.Therefore,based on the quality safety of fresh agricultural products,this paper introduces the third-party testing mechanism into the production process of fresh agricultural products,and introduces the logistics enterprises in the research of the cold chain logistics transportation process.Using evolutionary game and system dynamics simulation,the paper explores:(1)The influence of raw and fresh produce on the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products and the transportation resources of cold chain logistics;(2)How to improve the input of cold chain logistics transportation resources to better meet the requirements of fresh produce for cold chain transportation.The paper constructs the game model of the third-party testing organization and the peasant household,the logistics enterprise and the peasant household respectively,and uses the Vensim PLE simulation software to simulate the model and tries to provide the effective suggestion for the cold chain logistics development of the fresh agriculturalproducts.According to the relationship between the detection technology of the third-party detection organization and the farmer's production behavior,the paper constructs the agricultural product production detection model;According to whether the logistics enterprises and the farmers put into the cold chain logistics resources,the game model of the logistics resources investment of fresh agricultural products is established.The choice of game player strategy under each evolutionary stability strategy and its reasons are analyzed.The results of the model evolution can be stabilized in the third-party detection mechanism without lifting the detection technology and farmers qualified production,as well as the logistics enterprises and farmers have put into the cold chain logistics resources state.It shows that the results of this paper can provide effective suggestions for the development of cold chain logistics and transportation of fresh agricultural products.Among them,the increase of the cost of qualified production and the claim amount of the consumers to the unqualified agricultural products are the main factors that affect the decision-making of the participants,so to ensure the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products,the development of the cold chain logistics and transportation of fresh agricultural products should reduce the cost of qualified production and increase the and encourage consumers to monitor the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products in order to improve product quality and avoid the loss of cold chain resources caused by unqualified products entering the cold chain system.In order to promote the investment of cold chain logistics resources by farmers and logistics enterprises,we should control the price of fresh agricultural products to increase sales and improve the income of farmers and logistics enterprises.
