The new round of the adjudication of land-rights in rural areas is in full swing. This policy is of great significance for strengthening the stability of land contracted management rights, promoting agricultural land circulation and scale operation. With the deepening of the policy, its actual implementation and the resulting effects have always been hot topics in the academic community. In recent years, with the increase in non-agricultural employment opportunities, high land input costs and low returns, farmers' long-term investment in land has decreased year by year, and it has seriously threatened the sustainable development of agricultural production. As a rational subject, farmers households must take profit maximization as their goal.Relevant research shows that clear property rights can solve the external problems in the use of natural resources and encourage farmers to invest. As a major decision to implement the "Property Law" and protect farmer's land rights, adjudication of land-rights have strengthened land ownership stability forever, but whether it can be an incentive to promote long-term investment by farmers needs to be investigated and explored.Guangdong Province has made progress in this work, from experimental unit to whole province and then to the concentration.By the end of 2017,most areas have completed. However, there are still many problems in the process such as disputes, chaotic management, and low participation of farmers, which need constant adjustment and improvement. This article draws on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, uses the survey data of farmer household, which based on 485 farm households of 9 cities and counties in Guangdong Province, and adopts multiple linear regression analysis to determine the long-term investment behavior of farmers in terms of land rights(using organic fertilizers). We got the following conclusion:First, research shows that there is a significant positive incentive for adjudication of land-rights to organic fertilizer inputs and organic fertilizer inputs. It has been confirmed that farmers who have been confirmed are 44.5% more likely to invest in organic fertilizers than unassured farmer households, and organic fertilizer input is also 0.344 ton/mu/year.Secondly,the restriction of land have a significant influence on the variables. There are significant positive effects on land fertility and irrigation conditions, and there is a negative impact on land distance. However, the influence of land size is not significant.Farmers' characteristics affected the input of organic fertilizers, and the level of education and health of rural households had a certain influence on the input of organic fertilizers, but there was no significant effect on the age of household heads, the proportion of households and the household income. Finally, there exist differences in organic fertilizer Input across Guangdong Province.Compared with the Pearl River Delta region, the probability of organic fertilizer input and the amount of fertilizer applied are higher in the western and northern Guangdong regions. Therefore,it is necessary to firmly implement the policy of adjudication of land-rights,to adjust the way to ensure ownership according to local conditions,to actively resolve issues left over by history and land disputes, and to improve relevant supporting measures. At the same time,we should also actively guide farmers to make reasonable long-term land investment. While giving fiscal subsidies,we must also improve the agricultural infrastructure and strengthen publicity and education so as to promote the sustainable development of land production.
