The Research On The Grass-roots Governance Of Rural Party Organizations In Shunde District Of Foshan

Under the new background of economic growth in the bottoming stage,innovation and entrepreneurship have become a hot issue to the government,universities and society.Building the business incubation base on the basis of an industrial park can solve the problems of small scale,scattered layout,low industrial level,difficulty of land usage and financing in the early stage of small and micro enterprises' entrepreneurship.It plays an important role in alleviating employment pressure,stimulating entrepreneurship enthusiasm of the whole society and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Basing on a specific example of business incubation base in Shunde District of Foshan City,By using the methods of literature analysis,comprehensive index analysis,time series analysis,statistical index analysis,factor analysis and other related analysis methods,this paper makes a special study on the service ability of 12 existing business incubation bases in Shunde District in supporting the growth of start-up projects.It is concluded that there are some problems in the business incubation base in this area,such as scattered business incubation resources,poor quality of project introduction channels at the initial stage of incubation services,the ineffective application of government support policies,the need to improve the quality of business training,and the need to further optimize the supporting environment and public management.Based on the empirical example,this paper puts forward the ideas of by integrating innovation and entrepreneurship resources,broadening the channels of project introduction,forming demonstration effect,innovating entrepreneurship training courses to achieve seamless docking between training and incubation,and strengthening the base management team building to enhance comprehensive service capability,vigorously promoting talent policy to introduce excellent entrepreneurs,further creating a high-quality development atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship and further promoting the construction of business incubation base to finally realize the all-round support of "relay" and "superposition" for start-up projects.
