With the development and continuous reform of our country's economic and financial system,large-scale state-owned commercial banks are undergoing tremendous changes at present.After the banking industry itself has made continuous efforts and steady development,some large state-owned commercial banks have entered the ranks of the world's leading large banks.The banking industry as a whole entered a period of transition from intelligence,lightness,experience,and compoundness.In the development of the banking industry,talent is the key.Studying X Bank has theoretical value and important practical significance.This thesis focuses on the establishment of a set of optimized management solutions that are scientifically sound and in line with the actual human resources of China's state-owned commercial banking industry.The full text research is divided into four aspects.The first part is the theoretical research.Based on this,it constructs the theoretical framework of full-text research.The second part introduces the basic situation of X-Bank and analyzes the main problems that X Bank faces in terms of opportunities and challenges.The third part uses empirical research to diagnose X-banks' HRM problems through questionnaires and analyze the causes of the problems.The fourth part is based on the above-mentioned research and the theory is linked to reality.X Bank proposes to improve the performance-based compensation Personnel mobility management,improving the pertinence of training,establishing a scientific matchmaking mechanism,optimizing the X-bank HRM model during the transition period,promoting the continued healthy development of X-Bank,and realizing the long-term development of the strategic objectives.The purpose of this thesis is to provide a decision-making reference for X Bank to successfully pass the transition period to achieve the company's progress and development through the X Bank's human resources diagnosis research and targeted X Bank's human resources optimization management program.
