Multiple employment is an important way for enterprises to control labor costs and improve the efficiency of human resources operation.It is beneficial for enterprises to adapt and cope with changes in the internal and external environment,and to participate in the market competition with a more flexible attitude.However,the management risks,potential legal risks and employment risks of many enterprises in employing multiple employment modes are not conducive to the sustained and stable development of enterprises.As a real estate enterprise using multiple employment mode,CS is also faced with the above problems.This paper takes the company as an example to study the reasons and puts forward the pertinent measures to strengthen the risk control under the multi employment mode and provide some reference and reference for similar enterprises.This paper first expounds the research background,significance,related literature and so on,and summarizes and summarizes the theory of psychological contract,the theory of fairness,the theory of Maslow's demand level and so on,which provides theoretical guidance for the study of this paper.By describing the present situation of multiple employment relations in CS company,this paper points out that the company faces some risks in the management of multiple employment relations,including the obvious increase in the number of complaints from the benefit fee outsourcing personnel and the labor dispatch staff,the legal risk of the labor dispatch,the labor risk produced by the outsourcing process,and the psychological contract based on the psychological contract.The theory,the theory of fairness and the theory of Maslow's demand level have analyzed the reasons,including the lack of effective assessment mechanism,the lack of soft incentive for multiple employment,and the lack of awareness of the risk of multiple employment.Aiming at the above problems,this paper puts forward the targeted risk control measures,including the establishment of a perfect performance appraisal system,the implementation of performance assessment and the result control,the establishment of aservice dispatching mechanism,the full play of the soft incentive effect,the risk prevention of the labor dispatch staff from the legal level,and the strengthening of the external public security.Supervision of the service behavior of the Department.
