Employment Relationship is the fundamental relationship in Human Resource Management field. What kind of employment relationship dose the company wants to choose is the essential factor for enterprise's HRM research. Recently, as a relatively new employment relationship, Labor Dispatch plays more and more significant role in China. Labor Dispatch has entered to China in the late 1970s' and early 1980s', repaid growth in the middle of 1990s'. It almost exists in all business company; Labor Dispatch is one of the most important parts in Chinese employment relationship.The author of this thesis has been working in HR department of STX Dalian Group, the group is the shipbuilder invested by Korea Company. As the typical labor-intensive industry, Shipbuilding industry needs plenty of workers to build the ship. From the late of 2007 to 2013, STX Dalian has hired a large number of workers by means of Labor dispatch, so the writer accumulated many experiences in the fields of Labor Dispatch Management. In Chinese Shipbuilding industry, using Labor Dispatch to hired worker has already became a universal phenomenon and it was also emerged many difficult and problem in the actual operation. How to avoid the badly influence of Labor Dispatch and how to build a effective model to manage Labor Dispatch are worthy for every HR department stuff researching.In order to illustrate the problem of Labor Dispatch, this thesis give three vivid cases to assist the reader understand. Abstract the key point of Labor Dispatch Management in shipbuilding industry to help HR department manage better than ever.
