With the promulgation of policies such as the "Made in China 2025" Strategy for Implementing a Strong Manufacturing Country,President Xi Jinping proposed the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the rise of supply chain innovation and application as a national strategic policy,and more and more electronic industry OEM/ The ODM factory is transformed into a brand image enterprise.The demands of consumers are getting higher and higher.Consumers must not only get affordable products but also get them at the fastest speed.Therefore,delivering high-quality products on time is the key to the success of the company's transformation and upgrading.The key factor in determining the delivery time and quality of products is the timely supply of materials according to quality and quantity.It can be seen from this that the study of material procurement delivery dates is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Supply chain management in the electronics industry has emerged as an excellent example of Huawei,Haier,etc.However,the industry has not yet formed a very perfect material procurement management system for the majority of SMEs.This paper is based on the case of the medium company TB project.It discusses in detail the problems and reasons faced by the electronics industry in material procurement,and through research and verification,optimizes the original medium company material management system and finally forms a More suitable for SMEs' material procurement delivery management program.Based on this,the author inquired and proposed the enlightenment and suggestions for the supply chain management of SMEs.The content of the thesis firstly introduced the status quo of the supply chain management of the medium company and the specific conditions of the TB project;then it analyzed the TB project of the medium company.The root cause of the delivery problem pointed out that the company's existing material procurement management needs to be improved in terms of supplier management,team management,and performance management;and then it used supply chain management ideas to take concrete measures to optimize supplier management.Team management and performance management to improve the TB project's material procurement delivery deadline,and eventually make the TB program complete the set goals on time.By summarizing the successes and deficiencies in the TB program,we further analyzed the differences between domestic and international supply chain management and provided suggestions for domestic SMEs to improve their supply chain management.Finally,we analyze the problems that the supply chain managers with experience in foreign companies may encounter in the work and propose solutions.
