With the rapid development of China's electronic commerce,the associated network payment service has become the first choice for the first and second line city's personal consumer payment means,with its friendly user interface,convenient payment method,low cost,real time to account and so on.Commercial banks with traditional payment scenarios and traditional payment methods as business logic have been disrupted in payment business.The emergence of new payment model,commercial banks must be forced in the limited time,the rapid reconfiguration of business logic and business strategy,to ensure that their mobile Internet plus big data era,the monopoly position of the user data bank can continue to maintain,so as not to lose the right to speak.This paper analyzes the development and present situation of the network payment business,and summarizes the challenges faced by commercial banks in the market competition one by one,and analyzes the competitive strategies of commercial banks through the SWOT analysis.From the marketing strategy and the direction of technological innovation,this paper sorts out the transformation of traditional payment business by commercial banks.At the beginning of the mobile payment industry,the operators had actively cooperated with the banks to carry out the mobile payment,but they were restricted by the lack of scenes,the promoters' monopoly status and the serious shortage of the mobile Internet,and the lack of driving force to promote the business.The speed of development was too slow until the intervention of the third party payment institutions.The line-end mobile payment service starts to speed up.Today,led by Alipay,the third party payment institutions have occupied the absolute dominant position,and constantly with the big data analysis,combined with the new business scene,create new market opportunities,online payment platform competition has become intense.At this time,whether the bank is a simple additional service,the introduction of a new payment scene,the simple sale of profit promotion,also can only be a local improvement,headache pain doctor feet,can not fundamentally solve the bank payment products are no longer the customer's preferred status.Taking Minsheng Bank as an example,according to the existing organizational system and business model,the paper analyzes the layout of the Internet transformation,and provides a theoretical reference for the change of commercial banks.At the end of this paper,the competitive strategy of commercial banks is discussed.It is suggested that the commercial banks should excavate the advantages of the stock customers,improve the value of the accounts,combine the business resources of the banks,such as credit cards,small credit loans and payment scenes,customize the one-stop service of the financial services,classify and serve the massive customers,and provide the precise service.Customers will provide more value-added services in third directions to enrich the whole mobile payment ecosystem.In the face of the aggressive third party payment,commercial banks need to take safe operation as the premise,promote the development of payment technology,build a new system to meet the demand of the market,and finally build a payment ecological circle,which is the best choice for the bank to seek the right to speak in the future industry.
