Faced with fierce competition in the market,how companies can develop in the competition,which is placed in front of every company or business priorities.The development of the company depends on the staff,competition between industries is the talent competition,so what kind of talent the company has what kind of performance,how to inspire existing personnel to maximize the personal initiative,which requires human resources Management plays a role.As an important part of enterprise human resource management,salary management plays a decisive role in motivating employees' enthusiasm for work.Therefore,in order to seek long-term development,the company must do a good job in remuneration management,so as to better motivate employees,Thus continuing to bring economic benefits.Sales staff as an important part of the company employees,their first-tier employees as a company,their ability to work,work status will directly affect the customer's impression of the company.Therefore,if the company wants to achieve better long-term development,it must manage the sales staff well and they are directly related to the performance of the company.From the recruitment of talent market at this stage,the mobility of sales staff is the largest,then,how the company can attract outstanding sales staff to join,how to retain the existing outstanding sales personnel,the solution of these problems is particularly important.This article takes the terminal channel salesman of China Mobile Chengdu Branch as the research object,through the questionnaire survey and the interview,to understand the company's terminal channel salesman's salary satisfaction.Under the guidance of the theory,the author finds out the problems existing in his salary management,and puts forward the pertinent suggestions through the analysis of the reasons.I hope that through the meager power of the author to better enhance the company's terminal to sales staff gathered enthusiasm in the pay management fair,transparent and fair circumstances,the real pay and the actual work ability of sales personnel linked to the sales staff The efforts are consistent with personal values to promote the company's sustainable development.
