Research On Development Strategy Of Investment Bank Business Of Commercial Bank In China

Among our financial institutions,commercial banks are undoubtedly an important carrier for promoting national economic development.Especially during the period of China's reform and opening up in the past 30 years,the role played by commercial banks in promoting social and economic development is undoubted.In recent years,the development of domestic bank commercial banks is also facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.On the one hand,under the influence of interest rate marketization and internet finance and other factors,commercial banks have continuously weakened their dominance in the financial market.This requires commercial banks to constantly reform their own business models in order to be able to On the other hand,with the rapid expansion of the financial market,financial institutions such as trust fund companies,insurance companies,and securities companies have begun to infiltrate into the business areas of commercial banks,which has enriched the financial markets to some extent.The product system,however,has also intensified the fierce competition in the financial market.In the future,financial institutions will surely strive to realize comprehensive operations.Under the trend of the new normal economy,the investment banking business in the capital market has begun to develop rapidly,gradually showing irresistible light in the financial market,and playing a bond.In the future,commercial banks must also improve their core competitiveness in the financial market through optimized allocation of resources and transformation and transformation of the industrial structure.In other words,banks can only retain their dominance in the financial system only if they achieve the overall strategic transformation.In recent years,commercial banks have paid more and more attention to the transformation of their asset business and also promoted the development of domestic investment banking business.Many commercial banks in China have established professional investment banking institutions.However,due to the short development time of investment banking business in China,the development of investment banking business needs to be further expanded.This paper first introduces the research background and purpose in the first chapter of the introduction,and elaborates the research ideas and methods.The second chapter discusses in depth the experience and lessons learned by domestic and foreign commercial banks in the development of investment banking business.Based on this,it analyzes the definition,scope and countermeasures of domestic and foreign scholars on investment banking business,and the feasibility of domestic investment banking business,necessity and study of countermeasures.The third chapter mainly studies the theoretical knowledge related to commercial banks' investment banking business.Chapter 4 finds out the similarities and differences between domestic commercial bank and foreign commercial bank investment banking through comparative analysis,and proposes a number of problems in the development of investment banking business of China's commercial banks.In Chapter 5,based on the ICBC Sichuan Provincial Demonstration Act,combining actual data and economic data with CCB's comparative analysis and SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment of ICBC Sichuan Branch's investment banking business are discussed,and the opportunities and challenges that branches face when developing their investment banking businesses.Finally,the problems existing in the development of the investment banking business of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Sichuan Branch and the development countermeasures are proposed.It is hoped that through the study of this article,we can provide suggestions for domestic commercial banks to carry out investment banking business.
