CD gas company affiliated to the National energy sector,been restructured in2005 as a joint venture,gas supply branch is the branch company under the CD gas company which mainly manage city ground pipeline facilities,with the economic development,to improve the employees income,gas supply branch set up gas insurance sales services in 2016.The original purpose is to motivate the front-line employees and improve the enthusiasm,but the current situation shows that employees enthusiasm for gas insurance sales is not as positive as envisaged.Value-added business departments and posts have covered shift supervisors?the researcher?mechanic from repair center maintenance,reception hall,director of the meter from repair center maintenance,the company hopes improve the staff's work enthusiasm and positions of the value-added services department.But lack of scientific and reasonable incentive scheme,the maintenance man monopolizes the gas insurance market,and internal gas insurance sales business also caused a lot of conflict in the maintenance team,and all staffs have a negative attitude towards gas insurance sales except maintenance workers.This paper studies the CD fuel gas supply branch of insurance sales business,the article first introduces the CD gas company's background?gas branch company and mainly introduces the sales department maintenance team's organizational structure,and then analyze the sales status quo,and divided insurance sales way is into three categories: household sale?shop sale?strong sale,in order to achieve greater value in this paper,the problem of the status quo are summarized as poor incentives lead to customer failed to effectively utilize resources,based on this,the author mainly conducted interviews and questionnaires to the sales department maintenance center team,analysis the sales date,propose the incentive scheme to the present situation of CD gas company.Incentive scheme is made to expand the existing sales,In the scheme,we propose to expand the incentive scope of employees by replacing the original exclusive sales model with the sharing cooperation commission system.Increase the incentives of the team leader,feedback,and the front desk staff incentives,and to meet the market orientation,efficiency first,sharing a win-win principle,this paper divides the gas insurance sales into the first time,two times,and three times,through questionnaire and interview method to determine the staff involved in the gas insurance sales respectively in the process of the three-sales commission ratio.For the external market,this paper hopes to give employees the correct guidance through process incentive.To strengthen customer relationships by turning bundling into telemarketing and providing quality door-to-door services.Then,the way of maintaining sales from this relationship is transformed into a self-service convenient way for customers to renew their insurance in the service center hall,In the internal enterprise management,the cooperation commission system breaks the division of the block between the enterprise departments.According to the order of sales time of gas insurance,each position of maintenance center and service center is prepared as a value chain to carry out sales work.Let each position in a value chain be allocated according to law,so that employees' demand for higher income translates into more advantageous services and more incentive to create gas insurance sales.In the end,to make the incentive scheme can play a better role in the business process in this paper,author puts forward three suggestions on management term:first of all,strengthen the construction of insurance sales team,secondly,improve staffs skills and service attitude.thirdly,clear job responsibilities.
