Research On Sustainable Water Supply Guarantee Measures In Hohhot, Inner Mongolia

Hohhot is located in the northwest of China and is the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Geographically,it belongs to arid areas and belongs to a city with severe water shortage in China.Since the reform and opening up,the capital's social and economic undertakings have achieved unprecedented and tremendous development.The rapid development of the economy and people's livelihood has brought about great demand for water use.At present,the gap between the actual water supply capacity of water supply companies and social demand is constantly expanding.The situation is grim.The objective rigidity of urban development and safe water supply needs to assign new responsibility and mission to Hohhot water supply enterprises,and put forward new and urgent problems that must be overcome.Therefore,how to achieve the sustainable guarantee of water supply in Hohhot,study how to adopt effective measures to ensure sustainable water supply,break through the current challenges and bottlenecks faced by water supply companies,and effectively solve the needs of Hohhot's continuous social and economic development and Hohhot water supply enterprises.The relative lack of sustainable water supply security,It has important practical theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper,based on the Hohhot water supply enterprise perspective,starts from the current situation and problems of water supply in Hohhot,analyzes the current situation of water use in Hohhot and its influencing factors,focuses on the contradiction of water supply and water supply,and finds out the existing problems in water supply.It is manifested in the knowledge of water supply,the theory of water supply,the technical level of water supply,the management of water supply,and the reform of water supply.Based on the development status of water supply enterprises in hohhot,this paper finds out the problems facing the development of water supply enterprises,summarizes the effectiveness and insufficiency of water supply enterprises in the practice of water supply guarantee in hohhot,and points out the problems existing in water supply supply enterprises in hohhot.Focusing on optimizing the awareness of water supply,strengthening the analysis of water supply theory,advancing the reform of water supply technology,strengthening the management of water supply enterprises,deepening the reform of water supply enterprises,and putting forward sustainable measures to ensure water supply in Hohhot City.As state-owned enterprises,water supply enterprises embody the will of the government and the state,and are closely related to government policies and government macro-control.To ensure the strong implementation of sustainable water supply guarantee measures for enterprises,water supply enterprises have proposed to strengthen the awareness of water conservation in all sectors of society and enhance the sense of disaster management departments.We issued preferential policies for technological innovation,strengthened oversight and management of water resources,strengthened legislative reform and strengthened law enforcement,and other policy recommendations for sustainable water supply in Hohhot.
