Research On The Development Strategy Of Investment Promotion By The Grassroots Government

Investment promotion and capital introduction is to increase employment and improve residents’ living standards,promoting regional and even national economy continues to develop,implement at the top of the "Chinese",make our country become the world’s second largest economy of the important factors.Along with state tax preferential policy tightening and the strengthening of land policy regulation,investment promotion and capital introduction of preferential policies have been less,and relative lack of resources,weak policy autonomy,imperfect investment environment has become an important bottleneck problems local grassroots government investment promotion and capital introduction.In order to solve the above problems,this paper combines working practice to study the strategy of local government to attract investment from the central district of jinan city.First of all,through the introduction of the research background of the paper,the system carding on investment promotion and capital introduction of specific research results at home and abroad,on this basis,this paper studies the practical significance and theory significance,determine the paper research content,method and technology roadmap;Secondly,it defines the relevant concepts involved in the thesis,and introduces the theoretical basis and concrete methods of the thesis,and determines the theoretical basis of the research.Then,introduce the basic situation of the jinan area,the analysis area of investment promotion and capital introduction the overall situation,problems and reasons,using the PEST method to analyze the external environment of investment promotion and capital introduction,downtown investment promotion and capital introduction of internal environment from the SWOT method to analyze area,on the basis of clear mark out their advantages and disadvantages,analysis of the potential opportunities and threats;At the same time,through the systematic analysis of the countries or regions that have been successful in attracting foreign investment,the advanced experience has been made to provide some references for the development strategy of attracting investment from the central district.Finally,on the basis of above analysis,the specific area ofinvestment promotion and capital introduction strategy ideas,principles,define the development goals,and puts forward the concrete development strategy,implementation and safeguard measures,in order to mark out and even the whole country certain decision reference for the grassroots government investment promotion and capital introduction,promote sustainable economic and social development.
