| Car purchasing rises with the improvement of people's income.The popularity of mortgage makes more customers understand and are willing to lend.However,barriers such as high initial payment has limited the development of traditional car loan.Credit card car installment service business has avoid these circumstances and more and more customers have accepted.For banks,credit card installment business has developed rapidly due to its higher income and convenience.Meanwhile certain risk is followed by it.The purpose of this paper is to study the risk control of YC bank credit card auto installment service.In this paper,differences between traditional bank car loans and credit card installment business were first compared to find out the shortcomings of the business of YC bank in risk control by analyzing management structure and potential risk,then proper suggestions were given through three steps--before loan,in loan,after loan and other aspects of the business.Among them,the survey before loan can use hierarchical management theory methods to optimize the loan before the access of YC bank;Strengthening personnel management,a clear duty division and special credit car card proposals help strengthen control and management in the loan;Optimizing car loan management system is suggested from the study of YC bank loan after the implementation of customer classification management framework,monitoring,to optimize the appropriate loan manager evaluation mechanism and;In addition,this paper also put forward that YC bank can enter the second-hand car market,the implementation of differential pricing,risk prevention and control work to optimize the credit system to help improve the YC bank credit card installment car business.These suggestions are to help control risks of the rapid development of YC bank credit card installment business,which has a certainreference value not only for business stable and healthy,but also for such kinds of car loan business in commercial banks. |
